A free 15 min gym induction is available for new members. If you wish to create a personalised training program, you will need to book a 30min or 45min PT session according to the complexity of your needs.

I’ve had the privilege of enjoying a long and diverse background in fitness coaching, encompassing rehabilitation to competitive strength coaching.

With 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Over the past 14 years, he has been an integral part of the Goodlife team, where his passion for strength and conditioning has inspired countless members to achieve their fitness goals.

My fitness journey began at the age of 16, and for the past 15 years, I have been a dedicated member of Goodlife Buderim. The supportive and friendly community here has always inspired me! 

When Shane encouraged me to pursue qualifications as a Group Gym Instructor, I embraced the opportunity! Now, with over a year of experience, I am passionate about creating an energising and joyful environment for my class participants, just as I experienced as a member. 

I firmly believe in the motto, "It's how you make someone feel that they remember about you." Treating others with kindness and respect is a guiding principle in both my personal and professional life.

Please supply as much information as possible, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. There is a space for alternate date/time suggestions at the bottom of the form.

NOTE: If you would like to book multiple sessions, for example gym introduction and PT session, please make a seperate entry for each enquiry.


Minors in the Gym

The required minimum age for entry to Goodlife Community Gym is 14 years to participate in classes.

To ensure we provide the highest level of care, we require that minors aged between 14-17 years complete an exercise pre-screening form and have an introduction to the gym with a qualified trainer before undertaking any class or gym visit.  Please note that the screening form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian before meeting with a trainer.
