Job description -
Under the direction of the Goodlife Senior Leadership Team, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Goodlife Centre facilities through planning, scheduling, coordination, and evaluating a variety of needs within the facility. The aim of this role is to manage the full lifecycle requirements of all hard and soft assets, ensure proper and efficient operations of all physical assets, and ensure a safe and productive environment for customers and staff alike.
This is a full-time salary-based position, which requires some flexibility to work a variety of shifts /hours that may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as staffing or maintenance demands require. Goodlife is a faith-based not-for-profit Community Centre run under the QLD Baptist Church.
